Every Tuesday afternoon we do sports rotation for seniors.My favourite sport is badminton because I play under13 badminton for Manawatu.Badminton is a physical and mental sport.Before we start the session we have to do a warm up.We do sidesteps,shasay,jogging and running backwards.
To be a coach you had to fill in a application form.You had to write why you want to be a coach and why what a good coach needs and what sport you want to coach.i put in badminton so I could improve my skills at the Same time as coaching others.One day at assembly they called out who will be a sports coach and I was one of them.
